I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

You will receive the full-size file via e-mail when the commission is finished.

I post the watermarked version (twitter, tumblr, instagram) when I'm done! If this is a problem, or if the piece is a present, let me know and we can work something out!

If re-posting your commission off-site (artfight, toyhouse, etc), you must include credit. I'm critterpdf on most other sites, but feel free to ask if you aren't sure.

I'll send a sketch to be okayed before continuing onto lineart. Once that is confirmed, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

Please let me know if you have a deadline! I require a 2 week heads up from the beginning of the commission - if you need to add one later on, please give me at least a week's notice!

All prices are in USD and are paid through a PayPal invoice.

Payment is expected up-front. I'll start work on the commission as soon as payment is received.

Tips are appreciated but not required!

If, for any reason, I am no longer able to finish your commission, I'll let you know and refund you as soon as possible.

You are eligible for a full refund if I have not started your piece.

Partial refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, please reach out.

If you want/need to cancel the commission & get a refund, contact me as soon as you can.

Refunds will not be given for completed commissions under any circumstance.

Commissioned art, unless otherwise stated, is for non-commercial purposes only. The commission may not be traced, sold, or used for profit.

I have the right to display any commissioned artwork on galleries, portfolios, as price samples, or on any of my accounts.

None of my art, commissioned or otherwise, can be used in any blockchain-related technology, like cryptocurrency or NFTs.

All commissions are 8.5" x 11" at 300 dpi unless otherwise discussed/noted.

Turnaround time varies, but commissions will be finished within 2 weeks of payment. If there are any changes, I will reach out and let you know.

Please have clear, flat color references for characters prepared! Brief descriptions of characters are also appreciated :^]

If you have a specific style of mine in mind (lineless vs lineart, etc) let me know up front!

I will send several check-ins throughout the process. Any revisions requested after the sketch check-in will cost an extra fee.

Simple props are free but more complex props may cost extra. This will be discussed before the invoice is sent!

Each piece comes with a free solid, gradient, OR patterned background depending on the finished character art.

Feel free to ask for quotes on more complex backgrounds (see the examples tab for some options!)
